We want you to love your Nésseo.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hellonesseo@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately. No questions asked.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll find a solution.
We do not accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons — but we will always make it right if something went wrong on our end.
